Jeremy Goldman, President, MBA, CFA
Mr. Goldman has been actively involved in the Financial and Technology Sectors since completing his MBA in 1995. He worked for TD bank as a Senior Financial Analyst, then as a Senior Manager in their eCommerce group and later joining BCE Emergis as a Director of Product Management. Mr. Goldman has held leading roles in Sales, Operations and Product Management working with early stage technology companies. These roles led to the development of a successful consultancy advising companies on M&A and capital markets transactions.

Yannis Banks, Managing Director
Mr. Banks leads the natural resource and alternative energy practices for Foundation Markets. He has been instrumental in founding and financing numerous companies and advising on project acquisitions in North and South America and Asia in the mineral, renewable power and oil and gas sectors. He is a director of Caldera Geothermal, a geothermal exploration and development company focused in the Great Basin of the Western U.S., and a director of Alpaca Resources, a copper and gold exploration and development company focused on the Western U.S. and Peru. Mr. Banks has also spent time volunteering for an NGO in India focused on rural development and in particular water and sanitation in remote areas.

Adam Szweras, Chairman, LLB
Mr. Szweras has practiced securities law for approximately 14 years and is a partner with Fogler, Rubinoff LLP in Toronto. His corporate finance and legal practises focus on financing and going public transactions. He acts for mid-market companies looking to raise money or make acquisitions and assists private companies going public. He represents companies seeking listings on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), the Toronto Venture Exchange (TSXV), the CNQ, US Exchanges including the NASDAQ, the AMEX and the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTC BB), and other exchanges internationally including the Alternate Investment Market (AIM) in London. He has particular expertise in structuring cross-border and multi-jurisdictional securities transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

While running Thinkpath he completed an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and personally raised $30 million Thinkpath is a world leader in customized engineering solutions providing its clients with a wide-range of support services guaranteeing timely, efficient and cost effective completion of projects in numerous and varied industries. Prior experience includes President and CEO of Toronto Executive Consultants, a national executive search and placement company with $10MM in sales; TEC Partners Ltd. a human resource management company; Torex Computers and Euro Terminals Ltd., a manufacturer of emulator terminals for mainframe systems.

Mr. Calmet has more than 25 years of experience in the Peruvian mining industry. Mr. Calmet, was a member of the Board of Directors of Minera Aurifera Calpa S.A., a gold mining concern in southern Peru. Mr. Calmet, involved since the start-up stages of the Calpa mine, worked in positions of Logistics, Planning and Development and became the Chief Financial Officer overseeing administration. He was also responsible for the general management of the Calpa mine from 2002 to 2004 overseeing over 250 employees. Mr. Calmet also served as a Director and Financial Manager of Inversiones Piramide S.A. from 1995 to 2003, owner and operator of the Derby Grand Casino in Lima, Peru, a gaming and hospitality business with over 160 employees.
